I see "To begin, please insert a USB Flash Drive" message on the screen and I have connected a USB stick to the system, but I only have "CANCEL" available.

Make sure that you do not have any USB sticks connected to your system when you launch the "Blancco5Evaluation" package. The USB stick needs to be connected, after the software prompts to do so, not before.
