このポリシーは、Blanccoが書面で明示的に同意する場合を除き、すべてのBlanccoブランド製品に適用されます。各製品の特定のライフサイクルについては、当記事の表「現在のBlancco製品のライフサイクル終了日」を参照してください。当ポリシーはBlanccoのすべてのソリューションに対する明確なサポート可用性ガイドラインを提供し、お客様のサポートニーズの計画と管理を可能にするためのものです。
製品ライフサイクルのフェーズ
当ポリシー内で、「バージョン」を構成するものはBlanccoによって決定されます。特定のバージョンの一般提供 (または「GA」) リリース日は、そのバージョンに対して発行される後続のすべてのアップグレードと更新、サービスパックのGAリリース日ともなります。Blanccoはベンダープラットフォームまたはその他の調整製品またはプログラムに関連するサポートの終了日に関するすべての決定を下します。 Blancco製品は、リリース後に3つの連続した製品サポートライフサイクルフェーズ (一般サポート、延長サポート、セルフサポート) を経ます。特定のバージョンに対する一般サポートはGAリリース日から最初の24か月間利用可能です。延長サポートは一般サポートフェーズが終了した直後に利用可能になり、GAのリリース日から25～36か月間継続します。セルフサポートは、延長サポートフェーズが終了した直後、またはGAリリース日から36か月後に開始されます。サービスリリースに対しては一般サポートと延長サポートの概念は適用されません。新しいサービスリリースをリリースした後の12か月間または製品バージョンのサポートが終了するまでの間、一つ前のサービスリリースが対応する製品バージョンと同じレベルでサポートされます。サポートライフサイクル上の利点のほか、パフォーマンス向上や新機能、セキュリティを維持するためにも最新バージョンへと更新なさることをお勧めします。
一般サポート (リリース後24か月): 製品の提供と開発、すべてのサポートチャネル。サービスリリース、ホットフィックス、セキュリティアップデートを含みます。
延長サポート (リリース後24～36か月): 製品の提供と開発、すべてのサポートチャネル。セキュリティアップデートのみを含みます。
セルフサポート (リリース後36か月以降): ナレッジベースへのアクセスのみ。製品の提供と開発、サポートは行いません。
