Under construction...

The Prolog and Recipero settings/options are going to be removed from the BMDE settings window and will only be available via the use of a workflow item. Due to this change, in order to continue using Recipero or Prolog services with BMDE version 4.7.0 and onwards, a “workflow” must be used with the appropriate FMiP item configured.

How does this change affect me?

If the Recipero or Prolog services are not used, no changes are needed.
If a workflow is already being used and Recipero or Prolog settings are configured in the "FMiP", "Lost/Stolen/Blocked" or "Carrier" workflow Items, no changes are needed.
If the Recipero or Prolog services are being used, outside of workflows, then a workflow will need to be created.
If a workflow is being used and Recipero or Prolog are configured using the UI settings, the Recipero/Prolog details will need to be configured using the "FMiP", "Lost/Stolen/Blocked" or "Carrier" workflow Items.

Running a workflow requires either a BMDE - Asset, BMDE - Erasure or BMDE - Diagnostic license depending on the process(es) being performed.

For a quick demonstration on using BMDE Workflows, please see our short video at the following link: [link to video site]
