- Blancco Management Console管理者マニュアルを参照し、要件を満たしていることを確認します。
- 新バージョンのインストールパッケージをダウンロードします。この際、既存のBMCサーバーがインターネットに接続しているならばadminでログインして「サポート」タブからダウンロードを行うこともできます。インターネットに接続していない場合はダウンロードリンクをBlanccoテクニカルサポートにお問い合わせください。
- アップデートで問題が起きた場合に備えてデータベースとBMCインストールフォルダーのバックアップを行ってください。
- 物理的なHASPキーまたは仮想的なHASPキーをご利用の場合、BMCサーバーからHASPキーを取り外すかデバイスマネージャーを開いてHASP 物理的なHASPキーまたは仮想的なHASPキーをご利用の場合、BMCサーバーからHASPキーを取り外すかデバイスマネージャーを開いてHASPキー (SafeNet 「SafeNet Inc. HASP KeyとSafeNet Key」と「SafeNet Inc. SentinelHL Key、SafeNet Key」、「SafeNet Inc. USB KeyKey」) を無効にしてください。
- Blancco Management Consoleサービスを停止します。
- 管理者権限で .jarパッケージを実行し、インストーラの指示に従って進めます。
- インストールパスを選択する画面では、既存のBMCのインストールパスを指定して「次へ」をクリックします。インストールパスを選択する画面では、既存のBMCインストールパスを指定して「次へ」をクリックします。
- You will be prompted with a below warning. Click "Yes" to confirm.
- Installer detects the existing installation and prompts "An existing installation of Blancco Management Console has been found. Would you like to update it?" click OK to continue the update.
Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the update.
Info Note! When running the update for the database, it can take a long time depending on the size of the database in use.
During this phase it may look like the installer has frozen. Please be patient and leave the process running.
- After the update has been successfully finished, it is recommended to refresh the browser cache before logging in to the updated Blancco Management Console.
- 次の警告が表示されますが、「はい」をクリックして進みます。
- インストーラが既存のバージョンを検出し、警告「Blancco Management Console がすでにインストールされているようです。アップデートを行いますか？」が表示されますが、「OK」をクリックして進みます。
画面の指示に従ってアップデートを続行します。
Info 注意! データ量に応じてデータベースのアップデートにかかる時間が増します。
インストーラがフリーズしたようにみえるかもしれませんが、そのままにして終わるまでお待ちください。
- アップデートの正常終了後、BMCにログインする前にブラウザのキャッシュを更新することを推奨します。
アップデートが失敗してしまった場合、次のページを参照してBMCのログファイルを収集し、テクニカルサポートチケットをご提出ください。
