Einführung
Diese Richtlinie gilt für alle Produkte der Marke Blancco, außer wenn Blancco ausdrücklich schriftlich zustimmt. Informationen zu bestimmten Lebenszyklusdaten für jedes Produkt finden Sie in der Tabelle Lebenszyklusdaten für aktuelle Blancco-Produkte in diesem Artikel. Die Blancco Lebenszyklusrichtlinie für den Produktsupport bietet klare Support-Verfügbarkeitsrichtlinien für alle Blancco-Lösungen, sodass Sie Ihre Supportanforderungen planen und verwalten können.
Phasen des Produktlebenszyklus
Innerhalb dieser Lebenszyklusrichtlinie bestimmt Blancco, was eine "Version" ist. Das Veröffentlichungsdatum einer allgemeinen Version (oder "GA") einer bestimmten Version dient auch als GA-Veröffentlichungsdatum für alle nachfolgenden, untergeordneten Upgrades, Updates und Service Packs, die für diese Version ausgestellt wurden. Blancco wird alle Festlegungen treffen, wann die Unterstützung in Bezug auf Anbieterplattformen oder andere koordinierende Produkte oder Programme beendet werden soll, einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, diejenigen, die durch neue Versionen abgelöst wurden, die erweiterte Unterstützung haben oder ihren End-of-Life Status erreicht haben. Nach der Veröffentlichung durchlaufen Blancco-Produkte drei aufeinander folgende Phasen des Produkt-Support-Lebenszyklus: Allgemeiner Support, Erweiterter Support und Selbsthilfe. Der allgemeine Support steht in den ersten 24 Monaten nach dem Veröffentlichungsdatum der GA für eine bestimmte Version eines Blancco-Produkts zur Verfügung. Der erweiterte Support ist sofort nach Ablauf der Phase des allgemeinen Supports verfügbar und läuft für weitere 12 Monate, beginnend von den Monaten 25 bis 36 nach dem Veröffentlichungsdatum des GA. Die Selbsthilfe beginnt unmittelbar nach Ablauf des erweiterten Supports oder 36 Monate nach dem Veröffentlichungsdatum der GA. Ohne Berücksichtigung der oben genannten Fristen gelten die Konzepte des allgemeinen und erweiterten Supports nicht für Service Releases. Wenn ein neues Service Release freigegeben wird, wird das vorherige Service Release (auf derselben Ebene wie die zugehörige Produktversion) für 12 Monate danach unterstützt oder bis die Unterstützung für die Produktversion endet, je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt. Außerhalb der Vorteile des Support Lebenszyklus wird empfohlen, Produktversionen auf die neuesten Versionen zu aktualisieren, um die Produktleistung zu verbessern, neue Funktionen zu nutzen und eine starke Sicherheitslage aufrechtzuerhalten.
Allgemeiner Support (0-24 Monate nach der Veröffentlichung): Umfasst Verfügbarkeit, Entwicklung und alle Support-Kanäle, einschließlich Service-Releases, Hotfixes und Sicherheitsupdates.
Erweiterter Support (24-36 Monate nach der Veröffentlichung): Beinhaltet die Verfügbarkeit, Entwicklung und alle Support-Kanäle, einschließlich nur Sicherheitsupdates.
Selbsthilfe (36 Monate nach der Veröffentlichung): Enthält nur Zugriff auf Knowledge Base-Artikel und wird aus Sicht der Verfügbarkeit, Entwicklung oder Unterstützung nicht mehr unterstützt.
